About the Firm

Initially the Firm was started in the name and style of “VENKAT & ASSOCIATES” as a partnership Firm and situated at No. 67/6, Mount Poonamallee High Road, Porur, Chennai which was Established in 2002.

During the financial year 2002-2003 the turnover was around Rupees 40 lakhs.
During the financial year 2003-2004 the turnover was around Rupees 70 lakhs.
During the financial year 2004-2005 the turnover raised up to Rupees 1.40 Crores.
During the financial year 2005-2006 the turnover raised up to Rupees 2.10 Crores.

About the Partners

The firm is being promoted by two Partners. Both the Partners are well experienced and having good knowledge in execution of all type of civil works.

1. S. VENKATESAN., B.E (Civil) Managing partner is worked in various high profile Civil Engineering Companies and gathered well experience in various type of construction works like execution of Steel Plant, Multistoried Buildings, Road, Bridges, Railway works, Water supply and Sanitary works. He got well experience in Design and Drawings, Estimation and Valuation.

2. Mrs. LAVANYA., Partner is looking after the planning and human resource management.

The firm has registered as firm in the name and style of “VENKAT & ASSOCIATES”.

1. S. VENKATESAN., B.E (Civil) is looking after Marketing & Technical part.

2. V. LAVANYA is looking after Planning and Human Resource Management.

But both the Partners are well versed in all fields and execute the work with good co-operation with each other with out any hesitation.
